The staff was very friendly and helpful . The location is very convenient, being just a short walk from the railway station and town center. My room was clean and well kept daily (I really appreciated this attention to detail). The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room was beautifully decorated I felt so spoiled. The pillows were divine like sleeping on clouds themselves. I safety was good, especially with the secure keypads, it was a comforting thought.
The room I booked was a double, but it felt a little small. There was not wardrobe, just a shelf for my things. I did miss having that extra space.

The room was very clean. The bedding was also clean. The staff was helpful and checked if I required tea and coffee VERY regularly.
I paid extra for a double room. There was not much space around the bed. There was no wardrobe only a shelf and hangers UNDERNEATH.

the location is very convenient (just a short walk from the promenade). the room included a smart tv so i could stream netflix. i found the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. the hotel is also close to the train station, very handy for public transport.
the wifi signal was a little weak at times, slightly inconvenient.
